With heavy hearts, Madhaunter’s Madhouse is now permanently closed.
For more than 20 years, Jeff Keiling poured his heart, creativity, and countless hours into Madhaunter’s Madhouse. To him, it was never simply a business—it was something he built with pride, care, and a genuine love for his customers and community. What visitors saw each Halloween was the result of a year-round labor of love.
Last December, our family unexpectedly lost Jeff—the Madhaunter himself. His passing has left an immeasurable void, and after much thought, we have made the difficult decision to close the haunt. No one could replace Jeff, and without him, we could not provide the experience you came to expect. We believe closing is the right decision for our family and for the haunt he built.
We are incredibly grateful that Jeff got to see Madhaunter’s Madhouse at its best during our final season. We will always cherish that.
To everyone who supported us over the years: thank you. Your trust, friendship, loyalty, screams, laughter, and return each Halloween meant more to Jeff and our family than words can express.
